Kincaid went to Faith Lutheran High School in Summerlin, Nevada. During his childhood, he was mostly into basketball and even won an AAU Championship in his last year of high school. He only played football in high school for a single season because his friends encouraged him to join. In that season, he did really well, getting recognized with all-state honors for gaining 745 yards and scoring eight touchdowns. He later chose to become a walk-on player for the University of San Diego’s football team.
In his first year at college in 2018, Kincaid caught the ball 24 times and gained 374 yards, scoring 11 touchdowns. The next year, he had 44 catches for 835 yards and eight touchdowns. He was the top FCS tight end in terms of yards per catch. His performance led to him being recognized as an AP FCS All-American and getting a spot in the Second-team All-Pioneer Football League.
In 2020, Kincaid chose to move to Utah, but his first season there was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and he only played in five games. The following year, he achieved eight touchdowns, 510 receiving yards, and 36 receptions. Then, in 2022, he participated in 12 games, catching the ball 70 times for 890 yards and scoring 8 touchdowns.
